• The venue is Colesberg High School (map/GPS reference 30° 43.7'S 25° 5.7'E). The entrance to the school is at the corner of Sluiter and Ventershoek Streets, Colesberg.
• All interested Rotarians are welcome to attend. A special programme has been arranged for interested Rotarians. It is compulsory for Presidents Elect to attend PETS, and for them a separate programme has been arranged.
• Office (Incoming) Incoming President, Secretary, Treasurer, Ann or Inner Wheel President, etc. If you are not attending as an incoming officer you can use DGN, PP, Rotarian, Ann etc. as appropriate.
• The total amount due for meals (Braai Friday Evening, Lunch and Dinner Saturday and all teas) and registration is R380.00 per person (including a late registration fee of R30.00) payable to:

• Those who are entitled to have their PETS expenses paid by the District should still register and pay the required amount as above, and then claim from the District.
