1. Explain the extent to which the project served the needs of the community.
2. Give details of how the club members were involved.
3. Describe how the project exemplified the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self”. (If possible, also incorporate the Rotary International theme for the year)
4. Mention the methods used to raise funds.
5. When reporting for the Val Saunder’s award, report concisely, and illustrate with photographs if possible. (The Anns’ clubs will be notified when the reports will be required.)
